Newcastle Knights Centre of Excellence – Newcastle (2021)
Completed during the peak of the Covid lockdown. Amicus Construction’s devoted director and team members, maintained their high standards; making the sacrifice of staying in Newcastle for four additional months during the lockdown. Amicus Construction believes in quality of service and work, their dedication toward all tasks no matter how large or small ensured the Newcastle Knights Centre was completed on time.

Two iconic towers located on Newcastle Beach. The North building features 165 one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, basement car parking, and ground floor hospitality and commercial space. The eight-storey South building contains fifty-five one and two bedroom apartments with basement car parking.

The Herald Apartments – Newcastle (2019)
Winner – MBA Excellence in Building Awards 2020, Apartment Developments Over $20m
Amicus Construction was awarded the Hebel panelling, internal partitions and ceilings package to complete the new 9 floor building, with 116 apartments as well as refurbishment works to the attached existing heritage site, converting it into commercial offices and penthouse suites.
